Posting @ Lameristic
1. Read and Understand the rules of each forum/board before posting.
2. Lameristic does not tolerate spamming and flooding, which includes advertisements, chain letters...etc
3. You are responsible for your own actions and contents of your message posted at Lameristic. You agree to indemnify yourself and hold us harmless. We reserve the rights to reveal your identity or any information we have about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any information posted by you.
Lameristic Account
1. You are allowed to have only 1 Lameristic account at anytime, Each E-mail is only allowed to register once at Lameristic.
2. If you wish to re-register, PM or E-mail an Admin to delete your account, however, most likely that your credits and posts will not be carried over to your new account.
3. With the account you are about to register, you agree not to reveal your account particulars/passwords to anyone under section 8 of the computer misuse act (Singapore Law) for your own protection and validity reasons.
4. If you made any offends or violate any rules at Lameristic, we might implement the appropriate penalties listed at the next section.
Penalties
1. Any rules or regulations violated, might result in penalties.
2. Penalties varies depends on rule or regulation violoated.
3. If it is not a very serious offence, most likely you will be given Warning PM(s) before any action is taken.
4. Penalties Might Be The Following:
4.1 Deduction of Credit or other values as penalty.
4.2 Account temporary suspension.
4.3 Deleting of account (Serious violation)
4.4 Banning of IP Address (Serious violation)
Appealing
We have various appealing methods, Appeal if you feel anything unfair.
However, we do not guarantee that your appeal will be taken and get penalties undone.
1. Reply directly to Warning PM(s).
2. Post at Appealing Board.
3. E-mail to any admin, E-mail to admin@pinkyorange.net recommended.
Site Policy
1. We will not disclose any personal details of you, and will try our best to protect them.
2. You should not disclose your account details to anyone else.
3. We reserve the rights to amend or add the terms and conditions at any point of time we deem necessary.
